To go in line with the international
economic policies and due to the need
for innovation and creativity in all
fields, including the concepts and
philosophies of maintenance, the plans
of the development of the maintenance
department and its strategies include
applying and manipulation of Total
Productive Maintenance system (TPM),
which a system that adopts the principle
of continuous development in all fields,
and which is considered to be an
inseparable part of the Total Quality
Management (TQM) system and the
application of the principle of
self-maintenance so as to reach a higher
productivity efficiency and a better
competitive position for the Company
through the participation of all people
working with it: workers, supervisors,
engineers, and executives besides the
maintenance staff.
“Al-Hussein Industrial City”. The
Company has remarkably developed during
these forty one years and accumulated
great experiences. It established
relations with major international
companies and exerted great efforts to
apply the most up-to-date programs and
systems in the fields of management,
industrialization and marketing. The
Company was awarded the ISO 9002
Certificate in 1997, and was awarded the
Jordan Quality Certificate in the years
98, 99, and 2000.
To improve the conditions of its
employees, the Company has adopted the (HAPPI)
system, and to control its products of
foodstuffs, it has adopted the (HACCP)
